1. All item is on first come first serve basis.


2.Reservation is for 3 (three) days only.


3. Colors and pictures may differ from the actual stuff. It might vary due to lighting, screen resolution or monitor display.


4. All items price are including postage. But if you from Sabah and Sarawak, you just need to add RM 5 only


5. Delivery via Pos Laju.


6. Serious buyers only.


7. We also have COD (within Johor Bahru area) with special price =) 


8. Payment can be done via Maybank account. Details of account will be given to you when the order is confirmed. 


9. Goods sold are not returnable nor refundable.


10. We will try our best to ensure the quality of item sold before we deliver to you. Hence we are not liable for damages or mishandling during delivery.
